Our Belief

We work with partners, tools and methods when we are absolutely convinced that they are the optimum match for the particular situation. Trends are temporary. We don't believe that tools are effective just because everyone else is singing their praises. However, when we have one hundred percent confidence in a certain way of doing things, we devote all our commitment and insight to its constant further development.

Techniques by themselves are not sufficient. Several years of experience, social competence and personal excellence are traits that are of utmost importance to us.

We are of the opinion that a high-quality intervention can take place only when we and our clients speak the “same language“. Respect for others, reliability and honesty are core values for us, which we expect also from our clients.

We pay particular attention to the details. This may sound banal, however, it is amazing what difference this can make.

Size

tf consulting is a small company. We like it that way. Thus, we are in a position to dedicate extraordinary attention to your assignment and deliver projects on schedule. In addition, our size allows us to work on projects that interest us rather than projects we have to do.

Trust

We don´t want to sell you anything that you don´t need. We also don´t want to tell you what you already know. If you are of the opinion that you can handle it yourself, we will withdraw our effort. However, bear in mind that the money you save is nothing compared with the costs required to undo poor initiatives and measures.

We don´t work with you, only because we can, but because it is meaningful for your organisation. After all, our task is to make life easier for you and your employees.
